These Terms of Use apply to your use of Mettecc.com and any related landing pages, waitlists, surveys, forms, product-validation pages, and online materials operated by Mettecc ehf.

By using this website, joining the waitlist, submitting a survey, or otherwise interacting with the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

In these Terms of Use, “Mettecc,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Mettecc ehf.

2. Purpose of the website

Mettecc.com is currently used to present, test, and validate interest in products that are under development, including the Capulus Cup.

The website may include product descriptions, images, videos, renderings, surveys, waitlist forms, buttons, pricing tests, advertising tests, and other materials designed to help us understand customer interest and product-market fit.

The website is for informational, promotional, and product-validation purposes only.

3. No current product sale

The Capulus Cup is currently in early development and is not available for purchase through this website.

Any “Buy Now,” “Shop,” “Order,” or similar button on the website is part of a demand-validation or product-interest test unless a real checkout page clearly states otherwise.

Clicking a button, joining the waitlist, completing a survey, or submitting your email does not create:

• A purchase;

• A preorder;

• A reservation;

• A payment obligation;

• A guarantee of product availability;

• A guarantee of launch;

• A contract to buy or sell a product.

We do not collect payment through the landing page unless this is clearly stated at the time and proper checkout terms are provided.

4. Product development and changes

The Capulus Cup and related products are still under development.

Any product images, renderings, videos, animations, descriptions, materials, colors, dimensions, capsule designs, features, battery claims, USB-C references, water/capsule functions, “cups per charge” claims, and other product details shown on the website are development targets or illustrative materials only.

The final product, if launched, may differ from what is shown on the website.

We may change, update, delay, redesign, rename, discontinue, or decide not to launch any product at any time.

5. Prices and pricing tests

The website or related surveys may show possible prices, including prices for the Capulus Cup or for bundles that may include the cup and capsules.

6. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may contact you about:

• Mettecc;

• The Capulus Cup;

• Related waitlist or referral information.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive a product, discount, early access, specific offer, or launch notification.

You may unsubscribe or ask to be removed from the waitlist by following instructions in our emails or contacting us at mettecc@mettecc.com.

7. Referral rewards

Mettecc may offer referral-based rewards or waitlist benefits.

Current or future referral rewards may include, for example:

• A discount if you refer 3 people;

• A discount plus capsules if you refer 10 people.

Referral rewards are conditional and only apply if:

• The referral program is active;

• The referrals are valid under the rules shown at the time;

• The Capulus Cup is successfully developed and launched;

• Mettecc is able to fulfill the reward;

• The user complies with these Terms of Use and any referral program rules.

Referral rewards have no cash value, are not guaranteed, and may be changed, limited, replaced, delayed, or cancelled if necessary.

Mettecc may reject referrals that appear fake, automated, abusive, duplicated, self-generated, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the referral program.

8. Surveys and feedback

We may invite you to complete surveys or provide feedback about Mettecc, the Capulus Cup, potential pricing, features, design, capsules, use cases, or other matters.

By submitting survey answers, ideas, suggestions, comments, or feedback, you allow Mettecc to use that input for product development, marketing, research, design, business planning, and related purposes without payment, credit, or obligation to you.

You are responsible for making sure that any feedback you submit is lawful and does not violate anyone else’s rights.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its content are owned by Göfga Heildsala ehf.  or used by Göfga Heildsala ehf.  with permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Mettecc name;

• The Capulus Cup name;

• Logos;

• Product concepts;

• Product images and renderings;

• Text;

• Website design;

• Graphics;

• Videos;

• Animations;

• Capsule names and designs;

• Brand assets;

• Marketing materials.

You may view and share the website in a normal personal, non-commercial way.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, imitate, modify, publish, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit the website or its content without our written permission.

You may not use the Mettecc name, Capulus Cup name, logo, product visuals, or other brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, ownership, or affiliation without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website.

• Interfere with the website’s operation or security;

• Use bots, scrapers, fake accounts, automated submissions, or similar tools without permission;
